I hate to sell but have no choice now :( I have had more conversations with strangers at gas stations, stores and at work about this truck than anything I have ever owned. This truck has been owned by the AirForce, Vol Fire Dept, the guy I bought it from (which he never drove it) and now me. Has clear TN title.

This truck would make a easy restore, it does not need a whole lot of body work. I would replace the left front fender, but a pro could fix it. I have a set of perfect NOS rocker panels/steps for it which are worth a good bit that go with it (I will not sell seperate). I have went through the running gear with new seals, gskts, brakes, wheel cylinders, u-joints, etc. Has a new set of 16" wheels and BFGoodrich KO All-Terrain's and spare also the same. I have the original 17.5" wheels for it. The rear seat is a new repolster job, the front is in good condition with a couple sewn places but there is no open rips anywhere. It needs new shocks, I think it actually has the original ones since they have Mopar stamped on them. Windshield has a crack in it, I checked into it and a new windshield with a new 2-piece seal kit cost around $325.00 installed. I was going to replace it during the body work phase but never got that far. It has a new HD Reese hitch and 7 pin connector I just put on it a few weeks ago. All the windows work, doors open and shut nicely. Needs new weather stripping around the doors and windows. Gas guage and amp meter works as it should. All the lights work properly.

Has the 225 Super Six that runs great except for sometimes it puffs a little smoke only on start-up but not every time. It needs new valve seals, has great compression and runs smooths otherwise. Radiator has been rodded out and new hoses. Transmission and T-Case shifts good, 4wd works great. Has perfect circle hubs. I drive this almost daily and would not hesitate to drive long distances with it if needed. The speedometer stopped working a couple months ago, has a bad cable. I will try to get that fixed asap. It has 81,900 original miles on it plus the ones I put on it in the past months after speedo stopped working. It needs a temperature guage also, I have been looking for one on ebay but no luck yet. The bed is in perfect condition, no dents or dings anywhere. The AirForce and Vol Fire Dept drilled a few holes in it to mount equipment but nothing bad or ugly.

I am asking $8,500.00 OBO for it or partial trade for a portable manual saw mill that is worth up to $5,000.00. I am not willing to trade for anything else. I have more pics and can send any pics or info you want in particular.

Thanks,
Doug

Doug you may also want to post this on the Dodge Sweptline .org forum.

It looks great! If you have a "3/4" shot, not the side and not the front, but BOTH the side and front, like this:

I'll post it for you over there.

Norm,

I will get one taken Friday (3/4 shot) and post it.

Thanks,
Doug

I need to sell this truck pretty bad unfortunately, so I am ready to deal. I at least would like to get most of my money that I have invested in it back. I know sometimes that is impossible but I do not want to just give it away either. I think these are getting to be one of the rarest PW's now, but I could be wrong.

This is located in Chattanooga, TN.

There are a few DTA members in and around TN that might be interested.
Thanks!
