I have a 1952, M37 I am selling. It has 20,686 mile on it. Truck is in PERFECT mechanical condition. Was originally delivered to the Air Force and the blue original paint is showing in places. Was later used by some branch of the Army, then went to a fire dept.
Truck is still 24 volt and all original equipment is still on the engine. Has a rather rare military hot water heater/defroster in it.
Body is excellent with only minor rust under headlights and rust on top of wheelwells inside bed. both locations are an easy fix. No rust anywhere in floors, rockers , doors or anywhere else. Tailgate excellent.
Everything on the dash works except someone has removed the levers from the big light switch. So, I am not sure if the blackout lights work.
All glass perfect, doors open and close good, windows roll up and down good.
Has a brand new tan, vinyl top from Beachwood Canvas works that I have just test fit, but not yet fully installed. Tires nearly new with little nubs still on them. Previous owner spent nearly $3000.00 on a complete rework of the brakes, a carb. rebuild, serviceing all gearboxes, and the new tires.
This truck needs nothing but a very minor amount of rust repair and a coat of paint. It currently is a daily driver.
Have clear Texas title
If you want an M37 that you can drive today, with no repairs needed, this is it.
Asking $4900.00
Located 30 miles north of Dallas, Texas
Have numerous photos available.

Bump. Going to Ebay pretty soon. If you want a truck that is in perfect operating condition, this is the one for you. Daily driver as is, or easy restoration project needing just minor detail work and a paint job.

Jeff,

What charging system does the truck have... 25A or 100A...?

I don't have any idea. I am not all that familiar with the M37's in general. Tell me how to tell the difference and I will check it out tomorrow.

Jeff,

I believe this thread will be very educational for you, please check it out. It was started with the discussion about the M42 (M37 radio truck conversion). This is a very detailed thread about the M42 and it's 100 amp charging system with photos and part numbers, I am sure you will like it. You never know, it could be that you truck could have had that conversion.
