For anyone contemplating changing the glass in their two piece frame windshield, I used a heat gun to form the rubber gasket around the glass. On the inside, lower corners, I had to cut a "v" for the sharp radius, but other than that the heat gun softened the rubber and actually stuck the rubber to the glass. When installing the gasketed glass into the frame, I lubricated the rubber with WD-40. In any case, using the heat gun made it a lot easier than working with cold gasket material.
