  • rubber mounts

Hey guys I have a question on if you think its necessary to put rubber behind my running board braces when I mount them to the frame? My thinking is this could possibly eliminate the possibility of any unwanted noise or rattles. Do you feel this is necessary?
    Thanks much

Agree with John, the noise of the drivetrain will cover any noise made by the running boards!

The wooden blocks actually help deaden noise transfer...
