I used the left steering ball from a 70s Ford Dana front axle to eliminate the cracked ball that I found is common on these old front ends,it all bolts right up except the link from the steering gear box arm to the ball arm is backward/upside down or whatever You might call it.
I planned the cutting the link and rewelding one end 180 deg. around a temporary fix until I could find an adjustable link with the replaceable tierod ends,I havent looked in a while but I did`nt have any luck a lot of years ago so I`ll use this homemade link until something else comes available.
if anyone has an adjustable box to ball link then please let Me know what source You used to find it and also a Part No. if available.
