Can I link to a pic in the PW forum by placing the URL under 'insert image?' It hasn't worked for me yet but I'm computer challenged.

He's only a registered user, so he can't upload photos, at least I don't think so.
You can link a photo from another service using the "insert image" button. Just need to make sure you select a direct link, it can't have anything but the hyperlink to the photo. Depending on the service there are different ways to get that.Comment
