Is your issue resolved? Please provide specifics on what you are doing that isn't working for you. There are privacy settings a particular user may have enabled that could be preventing you from obtaining information.

Could simply be the privacy settings. I found a shipping envelope of the PWA that says SNUIN 12455 11/1/2014. My last check was dated June 3, 2013 and was sent ahead of subscription expiry date (following an invitation to subscribers sent by Gordon). I don't think you need to look any further provided you consider my subscription is in order. Thanks. Daniel
