I've was working on a tailgate for a 58 PG yesterday which had seen better days like most. The top rail was bent out of plane with the rest of the tailgate. I needed it bent back to the outside of the gate. I knew the direction I needed to go but had nothing that would bend this correctly. I came up with a tool to do just that. I took some scrap metal and in 10 minutes I had the perfect tool to fold the top edge back where it belonged. It's in the shape of a crowbar with a hinged part to engage the just under the top rail. Working the length of the gate with minimal pressure the tool worked great. I'll have to get a picture of it in place so everyone can see what I was trying to do.
