GATHERING OF EAGLES XI” Presented by The United States Aviation Museum, Lost Nation Airport, Lost Nation Road, Willoughby Ohio;
The event is a basically static air show featuring historic aircraft from WW II, Korea and Vietnam. Some of planned aircraft include the very rare Avro Lancaster, the main bomber of the Royal Air Force in WW II, B-17 Flying Fortress, C-47 transport, C-123 “Provider” of the Viet Nam War. If available, some current military aircraft are planned.
WW II and Korean War reinactors will set up a large encampment in the infield. Radio control aircraft will fly on Saturday and Sunday.
Classic cars will also be displayed on Saturday and Sunday. Aircraft rides and tours of the inside of selected aircraft will be available. Be nice to have more mil vehicles there
Vendors will sell various aviation related goods. Food is available. Please no Pets;
