I took the battery box out today. I am going to fabricate a place to put a passenger bucket seat in that's not 2 feet higher than the drivers. Upon pulling the box I found this behind it. Training rounds and links from linked machine gun belt ammo, and a M1 Garand 8 round clip! I have already decided to leave them in the truck when the restoration is done. Why not?
Oh probably something from Smittybilt or Bestop. Or a junk yard. Its a little cold to be looking for a pair of seats without a pair of mice though...Nothing to crazy just regular bucket seats.
I only ask as you matched the passenger side cut to the drivers side, implying to me that you were putting seat adjusters under both seats.
Seats because they are such a personal item (the part of the truck you touch/feel the most, are up to each individual.
I used ferd Exploder seats in mine, but did not use an adjuster on the passenger side. I was able to leave the seat riser tall enough to still install two batteries underneath the seat, but match the seating height to the drivers side with the stock M seat adjuster.
