My searches haven't turned up anything so it's time to ask:

I've been cleaning up the transfer case shift levers and the bushings in them are badly worn. How have others fixed this? Anyone have replacements?

    Thanks for the help!

Bushings are available from Charles or places like McMaster -Carr. Inspect the pin that the levers go on . I have rebuilt more than a few of these levers and nearly every pin was worn.

        Tcase lever bushings

I got two of the exact size I needed from a place called Bearings & Drives Unlimited Inc., 3443 Bethlehem Pike, Souderton Penna. 215 723-0938. The part number was SS2428-16. This place has any bushing or bearing that you could imagine. As a matter of fact I was shocked when the sales rep looked at mine, measured it walked in the back and came out with the exact size. No cutting, grinding or messin with it. Just press it in place. Oh by the way they were $1.15 each. Good luck. Jim.
