I just finished converting my 48 B1-PW from 6 volt positive ground to a 12 volt negative ground with the kit from vintage power wagons. Best $285.00 i've spent so far. The only additional parts I had to get were a different fan belt and a battery. This thing spins that 6 volt starter plenty fast enough to start even the hardest starting engine. If you are not a "purist", then this is the way to go. Now to get those wheel cylinders replaced, and I'm good to go. Joe
