I don't think it had been opened up in at least 20 years. It cleaned up quite well though.Comment

My oil filter rebuild is nearly complete. Here's the parts after a trip through my glass bead blaster. I've painted them now but I haven't photographed them yet. I'll be glad to have them back on the truck tomorrow so I can fire her up again. I'm ordering the parts for a front axle rebuild soon. They are my 30th birthday present from my folks. :)
