Anybody seen this one personally? I'm curious about it's use & history.

What in the world is all that stuff on there? What was it used for? I'll bet the former owner has some tales...

I can't tell what half that stuff is?

It appears to me that the winch and small boom in the bed, are designed to pull "upward" on something, through that hole cut into the middle of the bed floor. The bed winch looks like it is hydraulic driven. There is a snow plow frame on the front. Sure would be interesting to know what all that other added on stuff was used for.
