Vintage Power Wagon sells reproduction lenses and complete running lights.

Also, I think it's the dodgepowerwagon.com site that has information on buying reproduction Ford lenses which also fit. I couldn't find where on the site the information is when I just looked.

The Ford lenses are cheaper if you don't care about being exactly right.

Ebay often has Power Wagon lenses and running lights

Both Vintage Power Wagon and a company on ebay sell a kit which converts the running lights to turn signals. The kit includes lenses, I believe.
