But I have always loved the older power wagons. I intend to purchase one this year just as soon as I learn more about them. Don't be in a hurry when buying your first Power Wagon, there is some deals out there but also a few you want to leave alone.

Welcome. You are in the BEST place for info. Nobody will steer you wrong here. Be a little patient with your first buy. Make sure it is what you want and are willing to deal with. There is a huge difference between tinkering to get it running and a running truck to tinker with. Always remember to be safe when working on vehicles. Good luck.
