  • New Power Wagon owner

I've just become a new PW owner. I've always loved these trucks, but never thought I'd find one in my neck of the woods. I figured someday I might try to find one somewhere in the southern US, but out of the blue this one popped up for sale here.

It was restored over several years (I'm told 8-10yrs) using NOS and original parts only. Shortly after completion the owner passed away, and the truck has sat for a couple years. Anyway, it's now the newest addition to my diverse garage.
I'll be trying to fix/figure out a few odds and ends to make it perfect, so I'm sure I'll be posting some questions soon.
    Right now I need to;
    - rebuild/replace the master cylinder
    - get the wipers working and find some wiper arms
    - refinish the bed and get some stainless strips for it.
    - replace the headliner
    - tune it up a bit

Other than that, everything works great and it's a real head-turner.
This forum has already been a big help, hope to subscribe soon.
    Thx----Philly

    Forgot to ask....

    I forgot to ask.......
since I'm in Canada, I've thought of trying to track down the necessary name plates etc to make this a FARGO. Anyone know what I need besides the front-end badge that replaces the DODGE?

That is a very nice Power Wagon! Welcome and Enjoy.
      I drive a DODGE, not a ram!

      Thanks,
      Will

        very nice

very nice looking. when I bought mine it was not nearly so nice. in fact the 1 gallon gas can was sitting on the hood with a drip tube affair going into the carb.!
