What ga. sheetmetal do you guys use for repairs on the body...( the rocker panel under the door needs to be completely replacedalong with cab floor and skirt around the bottom/back of the cab)

The cab is pretty much all 16 gauge. The floor is 14 gauge, however.
I would use 16 for the rocker and skirt, and 14 for the floor. If you do a search on this site for sheet metal work, you will see some pics of when I made a jig to fashion the corrugations into the floor sheet metal so it looked like it did from the factory.
