Ugly Trucking Hanging Pedal Assembly

I am about to install a hanging pedal assembly in my 1966 WM300 truck, and wondering if anyone has picture / drawing's of the clutch hydraulic slave cylinder bracket / mount that they could share with me, with dimensions if possiable. Is there a company that makes this bracket? Ugly Trucking doesn't.

Has any body installed the Ugly Trucking Hanging pedals? I need pictures dimensions showing the clutch slave cylinder bellhousing mount to actuate the clutch please.
