    This is the numbers off the front of the front spring of 1961, WM300.

      Thanks J. Waak, Yes that info helped me get this far with the number. I had no idea how it ended up for sure with your spring. Sounds like you ended up with a matching set for that axle or replaced just that one spring with the same type that came off. That you may have contacted Easton for some help.? thks gc


      Now's the time for any up grades over what it came with it.?

        I sent the spring pack to Eaton. They reproduced it (without the sag or broken leafs) and sent new springs to me. I had both of my front springs reproduced in the military wrap. It was simple and easy, though not necessarily cheap.

              Yes Sir! I don't think this ones as bad as I thought! definitely its been rode hard and put up wet for years, plus totally forgotten. Thank goodness.

              Be like paying for a new pickup these days! but half as long. thks gc
