Will these hubs fit my PW?

I want to do a locking hub conversion on my 57. These ones appear to fit but claim an axle diameter of 1.437". I pulled the hub off mine and measured slightly less than that. Can anyone help me out here? I like the vintage look of these hubs so would like to use them if possible.

Selectro Hubs

I can't help you with the dimensions, but my 53 used to have Selectro Hubs like you show. They worked very well.
