JH Nolan Corp. body on FFPW

Hi All,

I recently acquired a '53 flat fender that has a 1956 JH Nolan service body on it. I was curious if anyone knew of this company as I haven't been able to find anything. It is pretty solid save for the bottom compartments. I would feel bad scrapping it but doubt it is something anyone would actually want? I only thought it was interesting because it was put on in '56.

I think the is Holan, rather than Nolan. If you do a search-engine search for "J. H. Holan Truck Body," you will find information on this company. Also, if you can view the images that come with the search, you will find many patent drawings. Interesting.
