  • Governor Question

I have a 1950 FFPW with the Carter E7S1 carb and King Seeley 220-6 governor, or the plate on the governor says 220-6.

The secondary spring in the governor is broken. Does anyone know where one might find a rebuild kit or replacement spring?

    Thanks!

As far as I know there are no parts available for the Governor.
I would watch(search) e-bay, check with Vintage Power Wagons, John at Midwest military, or google search vintage carb rebuilders .
    Never know, might get lucky.
You can also maybe make or modify a spring to get going?

          Governor parts

Scott, I answered your email with a private message through this forum. But it looks like Dave found a good source for you.
