Was it possible to get a air seat in a WDX, if so what makes a seat an air seat ?

Same seat, a solid cardboard bottom with roughly a 4" round hole in the bottom front middle of the seat. Optional lever would open and close the hole to provide varying levels of cushion. In theory......Tim Ellis
