headlight bucket repair

I'd like to repair a 1/2 ton WC headlight bucket for a friend. I need a junk bucket I can cut a patch from much like I did this PW light. Does a anyone have a scrap bucket I could cannibalize? Thanks Jim

It is always seems to take a long time when the metal is so thin. Those look like they will turn out very nice :)

Nice save, try cleaning the base metal a bit more next time, it will make for nicer welds and less clean up work (spot weld filling etc).
