  • M-series Fuel Pump to Carb pipework

I have a problem sorting out the pipework for my truck.

I never saw it in a working state and a number of pipes were disconnected or hacked before I got to it.

So the M-Series pump appear to be a two stage pump, upper and lower inlet and outlets.

The carb a Ball and Ball only has one inlet to the float bowl.

There is only one pipe from the tank.

So how do is it all plumb together?

The top half of the pump is fuel with the inlet using fuel hose
From pump to valve on the hard line.
5/16" Steel line pump to Carb.

The bottom is the Vacuum assist for the wipers.
Should be marked inlet and outlet also.
The front most port gets a fitting to accept 1/4" steel or copper
Line from the intake manifold Vac.
The rear or out gets a fitting to accept a steel line to the wiper hose
At the top of the intake manifold where a steel clip is securing to manifold.
