Swivel Frame Power Wagon

Greetings,
I have a lead on a swivel frame Power Wagon. Condition unknown. I'm interested in this truck but don't want to approach it blindly. They seem to be rare but I have no idea of their value. I would appreciate some advice from someone with knowledge of these trucks.

The Rarity of these trucks is high, take a close look at the frame as an assembly. Dan Mininger has a ton of experience with these trucks. Here is a link to one of his image events. At one time I believe he was even reproducing swivel frame kits.
