Rebuilt VPW carb issues - PLEASE HELP!

I got my carb (square top) rebuilt by VPW. Truck is running, but 1200rpm at idle! Also, it is seeping fuel at the fuel bowl/air horn and at the body/body flange. The idle speed adjustment screw is backed off all the way as well. Can anybody help me?

i would say the it in carb linkage rod ?? , i would unhook linkage rod it at the carb see if it dyes or you can it idle down ,
(..CAUTION make sure you keep the return spring hooked upon to carb or the engine with run away full Throttle )

I did take care of the idle issue before seeing this, but you nailed it right on the head. I had to back off the linkage rod quite a bit. It is idling at about 600rpm now. Thanks!
