Rear Main seal questions

Hey guys I have assembled my 230 ci flat head after overhaul and its going back into my 1950 Power Wagon and I am just ready to put the rear main seal in it uses the 2 piece kind that bolts to the outside of the rear of the block obviously around the crank shaft. My question is concerning this seal, mainly is this all there is? I have the two steels pieces with rubber that surrounds the crank and a gasket for each one of those, its this really the rear main seal? Or am I missing some parts?
