Mopar Performance and JEGS & other online vendors sell spring relocation pads for Mopar axles. They're not expensive but have to be welded to axle tubes after burning & grinding the old ones off. You don't want to warp the axle tubes with excess heat so a MIG is good for that.
The track would just have to be measured at a dismantlers, but should be within 1" if it's truck to truck. I swapped a bunch of rears in older trucks, 60's & 70's, and found that most trucks were identical measurement to passenger cars axles except that some had different spring pad location.
