Help with brake parts.

OK I found new brake drums and all the other hardware. Only to find that somebody over the past thirty-one years left out the brake strut bar and the brake brake lever. The brake brake lever is what the emergency brake cable attaches to. I'm working on my 78 w150. The brakes are 10" x 2 1/2". Both sides have these parts missing. Any help would be great.

Made a junk yard run today. A 1980 fifth avenue supplied the parts.
