if you cant get it from the dealer your only choice is good used / you gotta remember that there 30 years old a 1979 truck / the after market stopped making parts 20 years ago unless it fits a newer model

The problem is not the age of the truck!!

            It's the after market suppliers.

Just look at any after market catalogs.

Plenty for Ford or Chevy going back to the 40's in some cases.

As far as the slider goes, check any salvage yard to see if you can find a truck with one on it.
The floor mat should be easy to find, the company name escapes me for now but I will get back to you with a name and possibly a part #

80 200 reg cab? stick or automatic? do you wat a black mat or colored carpet?

                parts catalogs

C R Laurance(not sure about spelling) has the slider window in stock
I have had old Dodge trucks for years, not many sources for new parts
but if you own a shoveme or a furd you have it made

You can get most basic mechanical parts from NAPA and from rockauto (http://www.rockauto.com/) but sheet metal parts are not as easy as said earlier in the thread jcw and one other I can think of is mill supply (http://www.rustrepair.com/) but these are after market items and quality is always a roll of the dice.

Thanks guys, yah mines a 80 reg cab with a stick and I'm just wanting the rubber floor mat.

I don't need sheetmetal and stuff like that but it doesnt mean someone else doesn't need a source for other stuff.
