I remember using a proceedure to tune an engine,timing and carb adjustment both using just a vacumn gauge but now I can't remember how.Any help out there?I replaced the the two barrel on my 360 Camper special with an Edelbrock dual plane and a 650 Holley(I Know,I Know but they came together complete with throttle kickdown) and I want it as close to perfect as you can get(at least with a Holley).
