  • 88 swb,208 t.case leak

I've had several Ramchargers and looking at buying an 88swb pickup, the owner says the transfer case leaks a little fluid when in 4wd since he had it rebuilt ? is this a huge issue? or is it just a seal...u'r guess is as good as mine, it is 5 hrs away soo we are just trading info at this time.
Any other '88 probs I should be looking at?
    thanx guys

"Leaks a little fluid after it was rebuilt" tells me the guy didn't care enough to take it back to have the gaskets done right. This could mean a leak from anywhere. Output shaft seals are no big deal but the tail assembly gasket or body halves; that could turn into a big job.
