    i wonder?

would you accept stories submitted by previous owners. I'm thinking I could ask the Firemen out in Kansas, who used Miss Eudora for her designed purposes, to put a few memories down on paper. Fire men always have great stories. The transfer of ownership is a story in itself. Ron and Pieter could jot down a few memories of the transport. Basically anyone who has crossed paths with her could chime in. I have a few amusing stories about her and peoples reactions to her. She has gotten me INTO more places than I ever imagined. I'm not talking rough terrain , I'm talking about Yacht Clubs and premier parking at large sports venues. Did I mention girls love fire trucks!

kinda lazy of me to make everyone else do the work!! That includes you Gordon, you would have to apply your wordsmith talents to bring the jumble of tales together in a readable format. Realistically, it would take untill fall to pull this together and do it right.

    Just thinking out loud

Yes, absolutely! That is a marvelous idea. Please do. I believe I will suggest that as a really neat perspective and request others consider this possibility. I know I have had readers talk about former owners and what they were like.

Thank you for that idea, really.

      Please do this....

Hi Gordon, Take a look at my thread. http://www.powerwagonadvertiser.com/...ad.php?t=10001

I made some good progress on it today but I am no where near done If you like I could put it into a couple part shade tree piece about repairing it without a garage. or just a single lengthy piece. My buddy bought this one at a VW wrecking yard in 92 or 3 then sold it to me in 96 or so and then I sold it in 03 and got it back last year and have been Frankensteining it back to life since. But there is so very much more to the story, this is the view from space. Let me know and I will get started on it. I could do smaller segments quicker then the whole story. but if it is what you are looking for I'll work on it.

Future plans include 4 link with air bags front and rear, 4 wheel steering, and a 4bt. But these mods will need shop space to complete so I'm moving slowly with those.

Regarding one, large article, as opposed to multiple, smaller articles; if you are working in Microsoft Word, you can get a word count on a document. Articles should be a minimum of 1,000 to 1.200 words. There is literally no upper limit on word count. I often divide articles into multiple installments for publication.

I don't want to assign an approach to you, as you know something of what you want to cover. If you like the idea of doing it all in one document, for continuity, then do that. If you find some logic supporting how you will work by doing it in several, separate documents, then do that.

              Regardless.... start on it!

              Am I helping? :-)
