Hi everybody! I have a problem someone else may have fixed on their truck in the past. On my 1986 W250 (Snow Commander, if it matters) the parking lights do not work. They did work if I pulled the headlight knob out partway, but then when it clicked into the parking light only position, they went out and stay out even when the headlights are on. I replaced the headlight switch (with a new one) and now the parking lights don't work at all in any switch position. Headlights and brake lights are fine. The only thing holding the switch in is the chrome screw that the headlight knob shaft goes through. Is this normal, or do I need to screw the switch to something?
