sill plates for 91 D150

I am looking for a pair of sill plates for muy 91 Dodge Ram 150.
Does anyone know if Dodge still sells them? The ones I am looking for are about an inch wide and about 24 inches long. I am also looking for the special screws to mount the plates Thanks

I bought a pair off ebay and they were NOS and listed to fit 72-93 P/U, The item # is 320591694793. and they are under $50!!! I have a pair just like these from the same seller and they are still in the package awaiting my finishing the truck.
