  • seat question

My 83 D150 that I am starting to fix up needs a seat and I noticed that lots of folks here replaced their seat with a newer one rescued from a junkyard. What is a good fit? Will the 40-20-40 seat from a 94-01 Ram fit?
I would like a decent comfortable seat that is not leather.
The seat in there now is shot and I am guessing I could get one from a newer Mopar for probably less money than re-doing the seat in there now
    and would be more comfortable

Don't know about fit but the cloth captains chair from my '93 club cab is the most comfortable seat I've ever sat in - but then again I've not sat in anything newer either...

the 1994 to 2001 RAM seats fit but you hafta cut the legs and weld on plates to bolt them down

        Seats

I bought 2008 front and rear ram seats for my 74 W-200 Crew Cab and it took some welding to make them bolt up, but the width and fit is really good once you get them bolted down.
