  • Replacement Seats

Its has been forever since I've been on, I but got the go ahead from the boss to start fixing things up on my baby! 1975 W200 strong runner that is in dire need (along with my posterior) of a new bench. I saw mentioned to use a 1998 Ram seat with some modifying. I dont as of yet have a welder or a knowledge of how to weld, so does anyone have a sugggestion? I certainly dont mind drilling new holes as this truck will never be a show truck.

    Thanks,
    Paul

Take the auld seat in to an upholstry shop and have 'em rebuild the seat with more padding. They can do a fair bit of mods to a simple seat like that to make it more comfy eh? Then she bolts right back in, no horsin' around whatsoever. Those new seats are no much more comfy than the auld ones anyways.

Thanks! I'll see what I can find in the area and see if they can handle the task.
