article about making more torque from a smog choked 318

Hello guys.........
is there such as article about getting more torque out of the 1983 smog choked 318, like 50 state legal heads, after market cam,intake manifold and carb ? my truck is a 1983 W150 with 318 2 bbl and automatic. any help will be most appreciated.
