If you don't find a coat of Navy gray between the red and the camo on the bed, chances are almost certain that the fire dept. or forestry dept. changed the bed. The W200 was the standard Government issue 4x4 for this area. Very durable and long lasting, but us Dodge guys already know that. They were used for pretty much everything. We still have some of them. If yours did have a winch, it was likely a range truck. Used on the open desert ranges of the base.
