An easy replacement is to use Ford F250/F350 (SRW) from 1980 to 1997. The backspacing is correct and the hub is compatible with the Budd hubs on your Dodge. Also, most aftermarket wheels will work for you. Be aware that current Dodge and Chevy 8-lug wheels will likely work, but the 98-current Ford wheels will not due to metric sizing.

SOME fords use the 9/16,s studs / the bolt holes are way to big and the lug nuts sink in way to far to be safe for the dodge 1/2 inch studs

Not to bring up an old thread but are the pre 1980 fords the bigger stud pattern? Ive got a buddy who said I could have his old 16" steelies off of his 77-78 F250

Same, same. During the Ford Dana days, they may have used 9/16" studs for some of the Dana 70 axle...like Dodge. Most of the D44, D60 applications were 1/2" stud. Otherwise, the bolt pattern is compatible.

The Chevy wheels might not slide over the rear axle
hub on your Dodge. Some of their center holes were
            a tad smaller in diameter.
