I am wanting to swap a 6bt cummins with a Getrag 5 speed into a 78 Power wagon 4x4. The power wagon is currently stock with the 318 motor and 727 auto trans....My question is this: Will the 5 speed fit in there under the stock trans tunnel floor??? Thanks for any help you can give!

I believe the Getrag was available in the early 90's (pre-94). 4x4 cab floors were very similar, if not identical, from 72-93, so my guess is the Getrag will fit under a 78. If not, a body lift might be the answer.
Swapping in 6bt has become a std procedure in the Dodge world.

it should fit with no problem I just finished my second Crewcab build and gettging ready to start on 3rd truck very simple to convert over your best bet might be to do a small 2 in body lift just to give it enough height to clear everything
