Tie rod ends?

Major wobble on a short trip home last night, slowwed right down and limped her home. pass side tire is slightly crooked with steering wheel-driver tire straight. is this a tie-rod issue? intructions or links to change pls.
1984 d350 crew. dana 60,200lb winch\bumper on board at all times.

Could be..... or ball joint, or even A-frame bushing.

Did this just suddenly occur?
