Out of curiosity, where can I find the original selling prices of the Power Giant trucks?

Kevin, I was curious about the original price of my '57 W100 116" wheelbase.

Are there specific books that I should get that would be beneficial overall? Looking to restore and rebuild. I figure a factor service manual is best investment.
