Thanks Ron I went to napa and the one thay had was the kind that latch on the in side and mine latches on the outside

That cap lock on the inside. You must have the wrong filler neck since all the ones I've seen lock inside. Yes I still make headliner kits.

W100 Gas Cap

My '59 W100 had that set up too. for a while I used a radiator cap till I found something like.
