Radials for W500

Several years ago I spotted a VFD's 1960 W500 fire truck. This year, when I saw it again, they had installed radial tires on the Budd wheels.
Has anyone any information on these?
Continental's.
Size is 12.5 R20 MPT Mil

Those look a lot like the milspec jobs from Bergs' tire.
