Help with dash removal

Well, I've removed the screws around the dash of my '67 PW and the bolts holding the steering wheel and I'm still snagged on something... I can tilt the bottom of the dash up a few inches but that's all.

Question... Does the windshield have to be out of it so the dash can be removed? It looks as though it sits under the molding lip.

Anybody with an answer... even if it's wrong... let me know!

If I recall there are a row of screws along the bottom of the windshield. I had a cab w/o front glass, so access to these screws was easy.

Bucky.... You are correct. I did get appx 6-8 of the little boogers as they had to be removed with a stubby phillips because of the angle of the glass.... Thanks, Mike
