'67 Dodge steering box

Any way to adust the steering box on a W200? Rebuild kits available? New ones? Mine has a lot of play in it. Thanks!

there should be a large hex head with a smaller one threaded in the middle. Loosen the larger one, turn the smaller one clockwise just slightly. Tighten the larger one. Drive it and repeat if necessary.
