1968 W200 Shifter Boot needed

Why can't this be found? Somebody must know where a replacement can be had or made again. Thanks for looking.

Find a wrecking yard that has some IH Scouts or IH Travelers. Many of the boots used on those can be used on the 57 - 71 ddodge, D and W series trucks.
